Be yourself

Stop fighting your symptoms, do not stress yourself all the time and create additional tension. The worst thing you can do is to spend your whole day thinking about a heavy burden that has been put on your shoulders and asking yourself when your symptoms will disappear. In order to get better, you just have to accept that you feel bad at the moment. Remember - you may be anxious because you have been fighting against and trying to eliminate your symptoms for a very long time.

No matter how you feel right now - ACCEPT IT. This is the key to your success, your better days; it is the key to your recovery.
