Relaxation
How to meditate
If you suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, I would like to bring to your attention a technique for relaxation that, in my case, proved itself as a very successful one. Not only in my case. I know a lot of people who have benefited from meditation.
There are various forms of meditations and I don't want to deal with them here. What is important for you is that if you practice meditation you can train your mind and body to deal with everyday situations easier.
How to relax yourself?
Wondering how to relax yourself? You probably heard it a lot before from others and perhaps you also think yourself that you should relax. You know it all, and try persistently to relax, but it doesn't work. Something is wrong.
Remember - relaxation can't be achieved by force, it can only come by itself. Yes, you read it well - by itself. The more you try to relax, the more you become tense, right?
What is relaxation?
Relaxation can have various forms and does not only mean sitting in front of TV like a couch potato. Relaxation is a way of escaping everyday stress and tension by allowing our body to relax and free our mind from worries and stress.
Relaxing can involve exercising and various activities (this does not mean that you should be in some meditative or hypnotic state). Any kind of activity that distracts you from your worries can be relaxing.
How to fall asleep – the easy way
When it comes to sleeping, there are two groups of people. First group are those who feel much better when evening comes. They feel sharper in the evening and think that they have finally cured themselves.
However, there are people who feel like hell in the evening. They can lay in bed with great panic; they sweat abnormally and have various dark thoughts on their mind. They are usually afraid to be alone and awake in the room and are often afraid of sleeping itself!

Ways to Reduce Stress in Your Life
1. Laugh a lot
Life can be a bowl of cherries if you look at it from the lighter side. There are things that can stress us out, but it is usually self-inflicted. The key to all of it is to laugh as if it is ridicules to even worry about. Laughing helps the immune system work at its best speed, eliminating those hormones that drain our system.

5 Ways to Effectively Reduce Stress
While stress is unavoidable, minimizing stress or reducing it to an acceptable level is a must for health, wellness, longevity, and productivity. Stress leads to numerous physiologic effects. Stress activates our flight or fight nervous system called the sympathetic nervous system. This activation leads to an increased heart rate, breathing, blood pressure, sweating (especially the palms), dilation of the eyes, and muscle tension.
